Jeff West, of Brookings, served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, and 45 years later was finally diagnosed with PTSD, a condition that had affected him dramatically since his combat experience. He has since authored two books, and presented a fascinating program to Brookings Rotarians. Welcome home, Jeff, and thank you for your service!
