The last two Brookings Rotary Club meetings in February featured some great programs! City Manager Paul Briseno and Rotarian Lisa Hager, a member of the City's Charter Committee, joined Mayor Ope Niemeyer and Councilor Bonny Specker in bringing us up to date on some of Brookings' important projects. The following week, Phyllis Naffziger and Dawn Jones told us all about their quest for polar bears in faraway Churchill, MB. Always great programs and fascinating things to learn at Rotary!
