Craig Converse of Converse Wine Co. near Arlington shared with Rotarians his story of turning an SDSU degree in agronomy into a successful winemaking operation. A long-time corn and soybean farmer, Craig began experimenting with new Midwest varieties of grapes, and is now selling product at Brookings Liquor Store and Hy-Vee. Thanks, Craig, and CHEERS!
